His english is amazing and his passion for his food is palpable. The burgers are top notch even by American standards. Fries are subtly sweet and salty. Buns are fresh and crispy and the burger patty crispy on the outside and soft but firm in the middle. He cuts all the vegetables by hand per order. Service might be a little slower than we are used to but thats because he was a one man army behind the counter doing all jobs with an infectious smile. Highly recommend 10/10. ”
